ImpulsaGuate is a program of Tierra Vista S.A. We believe in the transformative power of education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable community development. We are an initiative committed to strengthening the capacities of individuals and communities in Guatemala—especially women, young people, and educators—so they can access better economic, educational, and social opportunities.

Our work is focused on closing inequality gaps, promoting inclusion, and connecting Guatemala with the opportunities offered by the global economy through innovative educational programs and high-impact training.

Our mission is to train, inspire, and support women, young entrepreneurs, and educators with language training, digital skills, and business competencies, connecting local talent with the global opportunities of the 21st century.
